In order to effectively improve the overall quality of employees, continue to improve the theoretical and practical skills of production personnel, and conscientiously implement the three-year "full-certification" plan set by the company, that is, complete the goal that all staff get certification within three years from 2016 to 2018, the Human Resources Training Center organized 98 employees who had not yet obtained evidence to participate in the five-week training and research, and held the opening ceremony on November 28.

The training course offered in this issue is a mid-level fitter class. As the last training course of the year, we are honored to invite Li Hongqiang, Vice President of Guangzhou Electromechanical Technician College, Pan Liangxing, Director of the Training and Appraisal Office, and Pei Bei, Deputy Director of the Training and Appraisal Office to participate the opening ceremony. As a partner of our company for many years, Guangzhou Electromechanical Technician College has given great help to the company in terms of training and guidance. This mid-level fitter training class also invited two senior teachers from the college to come to teach. The two teachers have many years of business experience and teaching experience. I believe that under their guidance, the students will achieve good results.

At the opening ceremony, the director of the Guangzhou Electromechanical Technician College encouraged everyone to actively take the skills certificate, as well as combine the theoretical knowledge with the practical experience to lay a more solid foundation for the development of the profession. The director of the Training Center, Cai dingbo, combined with his own training experience, advocated that everyone learns and works simultaneously, applying theoretical knowledge to practice, and driving the rapid development of production.

Employees obtain vocational qualification certificates through skill training, which is not only a witness of their own strength, but also a powerful embodiment of the company's talent team. At the same time, the identification of the skill level can also apply for the corresponding national skill subsidy, realizing the fame and fortune in the true sense.
